I was supposed to go to Irvine but there is something unknown and ridiculous going on in Los Angeles. United has been flying 757s (the jumbo jets) aaaaall day long. Usually there's 3-5 big planes and loads of little express planes but nope. 757s all day and oversold status all day. So ridiculous that flights to LAX are being diverted to Orange County and passengers are being bussed back up to Los Angeles.
I'm bummed. I've been spending the day daydreaming and watching the Olympics.
On the other hand, the company decided to keep me. My pay rate increased $2 and I can't or shouldn't really talk about it until the website launches and that should be happening on Monday.
